The fourth and final event in the series of annual workshops we offer to our Partners and Better City Businesses to help them be a better business. In this session Amy Carter will be joined by Tim Jones and Rose Challies as they help you ponder what your next steps are now that you have a CSR programme. We will discuss other programmes that can support your journey, as well as providing ideas around measuring and reporting impact.

UK Event: 25 Years Out There: The Story Behind SCAPE PUBLIC ART

We invite our UK-based supporters and those visiting the UK to hear about Public Art in Ōtautahi Christchurch from the Executive Director of SCAPE Public Art, Richard Aindow. This talk will include more information and stories about SCAPE’s 17 permanent public artworks, the successful factors in presenting public art in Ōtautahi Christchurch, and SCAPE's journey over the last 25 years. There will also be time for questions and conversations, and some insights into what SCAPE is planning in the future.

UK Event: A Chat with Raf Manji

Raf’s talk is pitched as ‘A Chat with Raf" about his experience with local and national politics, the highs and lows of being a Christchurch resident, his involvement in the Christchurch earthquake response and rebuild and the Mosque attacks, and why he is excited about Ōtautahi Christchurch's future.

The Christchurch Foundation's Annual UK Picnic Day at Hagley Hall which this year coincides with a cricket match.
Hagley Cricket Club plays an annual match against the London New Zealand Cricket Club.
This informal free event near Stourbridge in Worcestershire should not be missed for avid cricketers, history fans and or anyone who enjoys the English countryside. The cricket ground is set directly in front of the magnificent, 18th-century Palladian-style Hagley Hall.
